Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Oundle is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultations and prescription services to patients in Oundle and across the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and all applicable UK law.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if, in our clinical judgement, the requested medication is not safe or appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose serious risks to your health.
All prescriptions issued through Pharmacy Weight Loss Oundle are reviewed and approved by a qualified, GPhC-registered pharmacist or a registered prescriber. A prescription will only be issued following a satisfactory clinical assessment.
Prescriptions are issued solely for the individual named patient and must not be shared or transferred. We retain the right to decline, withdraw, or amend a prescription at any time on clinical grounds. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not guaranteed.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept all major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment covers the cost of the consultation assessment, medication, and standard delivery. We do not charge for prescriptions separately. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked postal service to your registered UK address.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or other courier services once an order has been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering; we cannot be held liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email address.
Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund, as the medication cannot be resold for safety and regulatory reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
